Outer triangle — Business. The broadest constraint. Strategy, people, and process have to stay balanced or nothing downstream matters — you can have a perfect project delivered by a team that's burned out, or a process no one follows.

Middle triangle — Project. The classic triple constraint (scope, time, cost). This loop only "runs" meaningfully once business equilibrium is established — a project can hit all three targets and still fail the business if it was the wrong project to begin with.

Inner triangle — Information Assurance. The CIA triad. Founder & President Dr. Ken L. Owens is a veteran technologist, cybersecurity expert, and program management leader with more than 35 years of experience delivering mission-critical solutions in defense and global diplomatic environments. Prior to founding OTarm, Dr. Owens served as the Diplomatic Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Department of State, where he directed the technology infrastructure and oversaw highly sensitive information assets across four continents. His foundational leadership skills were forged during his distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps. He maintains an active U.S. Top Secret clearance. Dr. Owens’ published doctoral research is deeply grounded in NIST cybersecurity and risk management frameworks, bringing a rigorous, data-driven, and risk-aware approach to every corporate assessment, survey, and consultation.
